Our History
In 1963, David Heisey established himself in the construction business as David G. Heisey, Inc. Since then, David has built a reputation in Central Pennsylvania for quality workmanship, professional service and lasting value.
David’s son, Wayne, joined him in the business after 14 years with a large construction company, where he served as estimator, project manager, and pre-construction services manager. One year later, David’s eldest son, Spencer joined the company bringing 24 years of experience with a major global manufacturer as a production control manager, materials/logistics manager, and manufacturing manager of worldwide operations. As the Heiseys set the cornerstone for their future they created Heisey Construction, Inc.
Today, the company is co-owned by Wayne and Spencer continuing the tradition of excellence in construction that has been established by their father. Wayne’s primary responsibilities include estimating, bid coordination, pre-construction management, and accounting/financial management.
Spencer’s responsibilities include business development/marketing, human resource management, asset planning, job execution, and customer satisfaction. David’s responsibilities include business development and growth opportunities.
